He wound up offering me a job a month later to manage the internal marketing, but I decided to leave to go work at YellowPages digital to gain some better experience, where I got to work on 411 ad accounts across 60+ different types of businesses.
Fast forward to 5 years later and I built the fastest growing ad agency in the multifamily space that was generating $40 million a year by year 4, over $86 million by year 6, and drove over a billion dolalrs in new lease revenue for our clients. (If you factor 1 lease at $1500/month is $18,000 a year. 27 leases per apartment building is around $500,000/year and we had over 1500 campaigns we ran successfully. That’s over $750 million right there underestimating, and we drove substantially more leases than that to our clients. We had one property in Orlando alone generate 30 leases in 1 month alone from one optimization we made to their Google ads. That agency now manages over $86,400,000 a year in spend.
