Fast forward to 5 years later and I build the fastest growing ad agency in the multifamily space that was generating $30 million a year and close to a billion in new lease revenue for our clients, which is easy to do in real estate. (Think 1 lease at $1500/month is $18,000 a year. 27 leases per property is $500,000/year and we had over 1500 campaigns we ran. That’s $750 million right there, and we drove a hell of alot more than that to our clients. We had one property in Orlando generate 30 leases in 1 month from one tweak we made to their Google ads.
It was during this time I realized that I was putting all this effort into someone else’s company, that didn’t truly appreciate my efforts, and that company wound up being sold again.
